Multi Essential is a blend of essential multivitamins of vitamin A, vitamin B’s, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, plus the mineral iron. Each tablet provides 100% recommended daily allowance (RDA) and provides a myriad of key roles for the body to work properly.

Adults, take 1 tablet per day with food.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
