What is AppiPure N-A-C?
N-A-C or sometimes known as N-Acetyl-Cysteine is considered a semi-essential amino acid and is non-toxic stable form of L-Cysteine. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein which offer a variety of health benefits.
NAC is valued for its role as an antioxidant, easy absorbability, and its bioavailability, and how it can be produced in our body from other amino acids, namely methionine and serine. Because our body can produce it from food, it is considered a non-essential amino acid. It is only essential to take it when methionine and serine are seriously low.
Each capsules provides a daily supplementation of 600mg NAC.

Usage
Adults, take 1 capsule, 1-2 x daily, with water ideally between meals.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
